I have studied Herbal Therapy in Munich. I have been living in Greece since 1986 and have been working in practice with herbs ever since.

Parallel to running a small herbal workshop in Alexandros, a village in the highlands of Lefkas (Lefkada), I have been offering herbal walks, seminars on herbal therapy and herbal products for many years.

Apart from its spectacular coastline Lefkas has impressive mountains covered in luxuriant flora thus offering an ideal terrain for botanical walks and seminars.

According to Greek Mythology Gods and plants are closely related. Let yourself be guided by stories and sagas through the rich plant world of the island and feel their presence. During the walks you will have the opportunity of finding, recognizing and collecting healing herbs in their natural environment. Meanwhile, you will learn about their healing powers and their various uses.
